Bloody Butcher Cream Ale

Cream Ale, 5.0% ABV, 18 IBU’s

A true example of “farm to glass”, our cream ale recipe includes almost 300 pounds of our heirloom Bloody Butcher Corn grown here on our farm. The corn imparts a super creamy mouthfeel and leaves a residual sweetness after each sip. To compliment this flavor, we juiced tangerines and added it cold-side and we then hopped with Amarillo hops in order to celebrate the heirloom grain. A cream ale unlike any other, from a farm brewery unlike any other; cheers and enjoy.

Pilot’s Pilsner

German Pilsner, 5.2% ABV ~ 12 IBU’S

German Pilsner malt in conjunction with Lager yeast fermented at ale temperatures makes our Fortified Pilsner stand out. Malty sweetness balanced with Hallertau and Tettnang hops makes for an easy drinking, higher ABV pilsner that’s sure to become “I don’t know what to get so I’ll get the pilsner” or even your favorite easy drinking go-to. Either way, cheers and enjoy responsibly.

“Wilco” Wit

WITBIER, 5.4% ABV ~ 22.6 IBU’S

This is our example of a classic Witbier. We infused sweet and bitter orange peel, coriander, and grains of paradise into the boil to bring you a citrus and spicy beer. Winter White Wheat provides the majority of the grain, giving you a creamy mouthful and grain finish. An all day, all season drinker at 5.4% ABV, enjoy responsibly, OUT.

“military hop”

NEIPA, 6% ABV ~ 25.5 IBU’S

Hops on Hops. Our New England IPA is made with Amarillo, Mosaic, Lotus, and Trident hops in the boil. We then dry hopped with ample amounts of Mosaic, Lotus, and Simcoe hops giving you a mouthful of tropical fruit, citrus, and hoppy goodness. True to style, this beer is not filtered and still has the hops in suspension to give you the freshest hop experience available.

“Guns A Go-Go”

West Coast IPA

Our West Coast IPA features three heavy hitting hop varieties; Chinook, Centennial, and Simcoe providing dank citrus flavor. The yeast we used for this IPA was sourced from our friends at Jasper Yeast Labs in Dulles, VA giving the beer a smooth finish and allowing the hop character to shine through. This West Coast flies in at 5.4% ABV and 50 IBU’s, so you don’t have to catch a flight to enjoy the west coast.

“Heavy Terpulence”

Hazy IPA

HAZY IPA 7.5% ABV ~ 27 IBU’S

Pineapple Express natural terpenes were added to this hazy IPA to deliver punchy pineapple and dank flavors. Dry hopped with Strata, Cashmere, and Vic Secret hops, Heavy Terpulence has massive orange and pineapple juice notes with a velvet mouthfeel and full body. A pint of Heavy Terpulence will have you “feel like a, like a slice o’ butter…meltin’ on top of a big ol’ pile of flapjacks.”

Lager, 6.3% ABV – 19 IBU’S

The most well known beer served during the Oktoberfest festival is the Marzen, a dark malty German lager, but in the 1970’s a new beer was introduced to the celebration. The Festbier, a light colored lager with a stronger ABV, originated in Germay and soon became the beer served throughout Oktoberfest. Our interpretation of the famed Festbier boasts a sturdy 6.3% ABV with a strong malt presence in the background. Saaz and Hallertau hops add floral and spicy hop flavors and aromas to compliment the malt character and balance out the flavor profile.

“Vin De Gourd” Ale

Vin de Gourd is a Biere de Garde style ale aged in red wine barrels sourced from Fabbioli Cellars in Leesburg, VA utilizing roasted yellow squash grown here on our farm. Biere de Garde translates to “beer for keeping”, as the beer would be kept in barrels during the winter months to be served later in the following warmer seasons. Vin de Gourd has a complex profile with notes of toffee and honey while the red wine barrels add latent grape and a subtle oak aroma, giving this beer a fantastic funky farmhouse flavor. This brew is wildly unique, paired well with piquant cheese and smoked meats, and is an absolute delight to sip.

“EASY RYE-DER” Rye Pale Ale

Easy Rye-der is a rye pale ale delivering a complex palate with flavors like apricot, caramel, and biscuit, and finishes with a lingering spice profile from the Rakau hops and malted rye. An easily sessionable beer makes Easy Rye-der an easy choice.

“Flying High” Hefeweizen

Hefeweizen 4.8% ABV ~ 14 IBU’S

Flying High is a true to style hefeweizen, with a hazy appearance, banana esters, and spicy noble hops. At 4.8% ABV, Flying High Hefeweizen is easily crushable and delicious.

“Night Flight”

Coffee Stout

How do you take your coffee? Cream? Sugar? Infused into a dark, roasty stout? If you’re of the latter crowd, we have just the beer for you. We collaborated with Catoctin Coffee Company and formulated our very own unique coffee blend to add to this coffee stout. This beer is dark and roasty, bordering smokey, creating the perfect foundation for the unique coffee character to shine through. This “cup-o-joe” comes in at 5% ABV, perfect for a late night cup of goodness, or an early one, we don’t judge.

Bourbon Barrel Aged Pumpkin Porter 2023

Pumpkin Porter, 7.9% ABV ~ 25 IBU’S

Aged for 10 months in freshly dumped bourbon barrels, this year’s Pumpkin Porter is a pie in a glass. Local pumpkins were sourced from Loudounberry Farm right here in Lovettsville and roasted on our smokers on the farm to develop that roasty and sweet pumpkin flavor. Spices such as clove, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla were added to the boil, rounding out the pumpkin pie flavor and complimenting the barrel character.

Bourbon Barrel Aged Black Forest Imperial Stout

Have your cake and drink it too is the motto here. Our Black Forest Cake Imperial Stout was aged on a total of 88lbs of dried black cherries, while it matured and aged in freshly dumped bourbon barrels. This stout comes in at 10.5% ABV and is no joke when it comes to flavor. With a huge body and delicate carbonation, cherry notes swell in the forefront of the palate and then give way to deep and rich chocolate notes, finishing with a subtle vanilla and bourbon aftertaste. An absolute powerhouse of a pastry stout, where a sip is more like a bite of chocolate cake.

Orange Dreamsicle Lactose Sour

Sour Ale, 4.8% ABV – 12 IBU’S

Capturing the flavor of suburbia summer, our Orange Dreamsicle Lactose Sour will teleport your tastebuds back to chasing the ice cream truck around the neighborhood. This sour comes out swinging with punches of orange and vanilla while having body and a pillowy mouthfeel from added lactose in the boil.

Passion Fruit Sour Ale

Sour Ale 5.5% ABV ~ 11 IBU’S

Passion Fruit Sour Ale, 5.5% ABV, 11 IBU
Our passion fruit sour uses real passion fruit pulp, making this sour ale funky, fruity, and tart. A mild sourness and subtle noble hop aroma make this sour well balanced and easily crushable.

Our Cherry Limeade Seltzer has fresh tart cherry and bright lime flavor and pours with a delicate pink hue. This seltzer is sure to satisfy your thirst on a hot summer day!

Blue Raspberry Seltzer

Blue Raspberries may not be real, but this seltzer captures the flavor of blue raspberry candies by mixing Boysenberry and Raspberry. A little sweet, a little blue, this seltzer is made just for you
